Scope of activities

Development  of original solutions related to various NDT methods, namely eddy current, ultrasonic  and visual methods as follows: 

• Development of various manipulator and robots related to NDT inspections in nuclear, oil and gas, and other industries. This includes mechanical, electronic and electric parts of manipulators and robots
• Development of software for running NDT related manipulators and robots
• Development of new inspection techniques for eddy current, ultrasonic and visual inspections.
• Development of working procedures for various NDT method in accordance with different national regulations

Development of eddy current and ultrasonic instruments and related software. Some tasks are performed alone and some tasks in cooperation with other companies

Training of Customer personnel (class lectures, training in laboratory on mock ups, on the job training)

 Preservice and Inservice inspection (ET,UT,VT) of various nuclear power plant components in WWER and PWR nuclear power plants such as:

• Steam generators
• Reactor pressure vessel
• Pressurizer
• Main circulation pipes
• Different tanks

 Inspections (ET,UT,VT) of various components in oil and gas industry as:

• Heat exchangers
• Pipe welds
• Tanks
